Happy Valentines Day

I've had a pretty wonderful Valentines Day.  My husband got me a fabulous digital frame and the expensive one that I'd like to say he spent too much, but I won't because it was a gift, and I love it.  He also loaded it with the story of our lives - in pictures.  Of course he wrapped it in aluminum foil because its forgiving and he doesn't know how to wrap worth a darn.  The aluminum foil is what everyone loves the best about his gift.

My children got me very cute cards, I got a red rose from an attractive older man - not dad.  A very nice, very married co-worker, gave one to all the girls.  I also got a card with money in it and also not from my parents.  In fact my parents only got something for the kids - go figure.

I baked a Red Velvet cake, we had steak, I had wine.  Its all good.  Oh, and Eli Stone is coming on at 9.  Can it get any better than that?  Well, yes.  Clive Owen can come to my door wanting to be my Valentine, but that's a whole different post.

Your parents may have only sent Valentines to the kids, but neither kids or grandkids sent Valentines to the parents...go figure.

Did you check your e-mail? I'm pretty sure they sent you an e-mail.
